    A: This phone is unlocked and works with AT&T and T-Mobile. Just plug your sim card in and it works.

    Q: What is the shipping cost and shipping time?
    A: Shipping is free for continental USA and shipping time is ONE business day for PA, DE, VA, MD, DC and some part of NC and NJ. The rest are 2-3 business days.

    Q: What is pro and cons compared to an iphone?
    A: Cons: No Wifi, No GPS. Pros: No contract, MMS, unlocked, dual sim cards and standby. Java. In common: music player, movie player, internet, email, camera, touch screen.

    A: Yes, two numbers (from the same or different carriers) can work simultaneously.

    Q: What payment options do you accept and how secure is my confidential information (credit card etc)?
    A: We accept all major credit cards. All credit card processing is handled by Google's secure credit card check out system. We don't have access to your credit card information (Google handles it). Google will charge the agreed amount on your credit card on our behalf. All your credit card information is stored with Google. We will not release any of your personal information (email, address, name) to any third party.

    A: yes, this phone works worldwide on all GSM networks. Please check compatibility here

    Q: Can I pick up the phone myself?
    A: The shortest answer is yes. You would have to come to us at Fairfax, Virginia for pickup. Email us for directions

    Q: What music and video format does this phone supports ?
    A: It supports mp3 music format and mp4, 3gp movie format.

    Q: Can this work on my pre-paid plan? A: Yes, it works with all compatible carriers' pre-paid plan, which include AT&T and T-Mobile.

    We are 100% committed to customer satisfaction. To provide hassle free, worry free shopping environment and to foster trust between our customers and us, our return policy is as follows:


  • Please report any shipping damage within 24 hours of receipt of merchandise. We will provide brand new replacement for any damaged product.
  • If you are unsatisfactory with the product for any reason, you may ask for full refund within 7 days of receipt of package provided that there is no damage to return merchandise nor missing accessories. This is only valid for web orders.

    Select Done or Save
    Make sure to activate the profile and you are good.

    Email will not work with any server that requires smtp authentication (which is pretty much all of them here)

    There is no java in the browser. Forget it. There is also no java loader so there is no downloading java games. Copying them to the SD card won't work either. No java loader so the file will be unrecognized.

    Wap services like gmail, yahoo email and wap based instant messagers work fine. Make sure you have a good unlimited feature so you do not incur overages from over using your new toy.

    1. Select Menu
    2. Select Entertainment

    4. Select Data Account
    5. Select GPRS
    6. Choose an empty profile
    7. Account Name enter TMobileWAP
    8. Press Options
    9. Press Done
    10. APN enter wap.voicestream.com
    11. Press Options
    12. Press Done
    13. User Name >Leave Blank<
    14. Password >Leave Blank<
    15. Auth. Type choose Normal
    16. Press Done
    17. Press Save

    Create Profile
    1. Select Menu
    2. Select Entertainment
    3. Select Services
    4. Select WAP
    5. Select Setting
    6. Select Edit Profile
    7. Select a profile
    8. Choose Edit Profile
    9. Rename Profile enter T-Mobile WAP
    10. Homepage enter wap.myvoicestream.com
